My exchange API keys won't connect
Most common causes: - IP whitelist is enabled on the exchange — either disable it, or add our IPs (listed in /account → Vault → connection help). - Permissions — must have Read + Trade. Withdraw should be disabled. - Subaccount confusion — keys must be from the subaccount you actually want to trade.
Bot isn't placing trades
Check in order: - /account → Bot is Enabled (not just dry-run) - You have a portfolio selected - Your allocation $ is set above 0 - BTC regime may be down — most sleeves intentionally don't trade in regime-off periods - Check Telegram for error alerts
Why is my live PnL different from /lab Phase 37?
/lab shows walk-forward simulated PnL on a hypothetical $10k starting on day 0. Your live PnL depends on: - When you started (you missed the early run-up or caught a drawdown) - Slippage and fees on your specific exchange - Whether you're in paper or real mode - Position sizing differences if you customized allocation
