Acceptable Use Policy

By using Smartbull you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant exchange and law enforcement.
1. Prohibited trading conduct
Market manipulation
Spoofing, layering, wash trading, painting-the-tape, marking-the-close, pump-and-dump schemes, and cross-exchange manipulation
Exploitation of latency
Using co-located infrastructure to exploit price discrepancies in a way that harms other Smartbull users
Front-running
Front-running other Smartbull users or any third party
Insider trading
Trading on the basis of material non-public information
2. Sanctions & illicit finance
You must not use Smartbull to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or fund any party listed on:
You confirm you are not yourself a Sanctioned Person and that the source of your funds is lawful.
3. Platform abuse
- ✕No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary trading logic
- ✕No automated scraping of the Smartbull API, UI, or content beyond documented rate limits
- ✕No multi-account abuse (creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits, referral fraud, or promo-code stacking)
- ✕No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the platform without prior written authorisation

4. Geographic restrictions
Smartbull is not available to residents of, or persons physically located in, the following jurisdictions:
You must update your account if your residency changes such that you become located in a restricted jurisdiction.
5. Reporting violations
Report suspected violations to abuse@smartbull.ai
We investigate every credible report and respond within 5 business days.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Cancel open orders
- Freeze withdrawals of platform credits
- Revoke API access
…for any actual or suspected violation of this AUP, without prior notice where the conduct poses ongoing risk to the platform or other users.
