Your first paid month on any plan comes with a no-questions-asked refund within 14 calendar days.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
For your first paid month on any plan, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the payment confirmation timestamp — no questions asked. This is the EU consumer-law standard and we apply it worldwide.
Refund methods
Returned to originating wallet within 5 business days of approval.
2. Self-serve cancellation
Go to Account → Billing and click Cancel subscription. No email to support required (EU SCA requirement).

4. Outside the 14-day window
After 14 days from the most recent payment, refunds are reviewed case-by-case (service outages on our side, billing errors, etc.).
Subscription fees for past periods are otherwise non-refundable, consistent with industry practice for digital services already rendered.
5. Annual plans & upgrades
Annual plans follow the same 14-day window from the date of payment.
Upgrades mid-period: Pro-rated; the unused portion of the previous tier is credited toward the upgrade and is non-refundable as cash.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact billing@smartbull.ai or use the self-serve refund button before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension under our Acceptable Use Policy.
