AI Robo-Advisor

The AI Robo-Advisor lives at `/robo-advisor` (Pro and above). It is a goal-based portfolio planner — not just a risk questionnaire — that combines:

• A short profiling wizard (goal, horizon, monthly contribution, drawdown tolerance, knowledge level)
• A Monte Carlo goal projection over your chosen horizon
• A recommended allocation across spot majors, sleeve baskets, and stable-income carry
• One-click "Apply to bot" — the recommended weights become your bot's targets, under the same risk gates as every other mode.

Risk Levels (Conservative / Balanced / Aggressive) are portfolio-agnostic — they set position caps, drawdown limits and Kelly fractions.

The Robo-Advisor goes further: it picks the actual sleeve mix for your specific goal. Saving for a house in 3 years has a very different optimal allocation than compounding for 10 years, even at the same risk level. The wizard captures that.

You can re-run the wizard any time. Each run is versioned, so you can compare projections.

• The Robo-Advisor only ever proposes weights. Nothing applies until you click Apply.
• All recommended sleeves are drawn from the production sleeve set — same Walk-Forward validated universe the locked baseline uses.
• Your Risk Level still wraps the result: position caps, DD brake, and fail-closed gates are unchanged.
